The Hungarian Dances by Johannes Brahms are a set of 21 lively dance tunes based mostly on Hungarian themes, completed in 1879. This is an arrangement of the Hungarian Dance No 6 for 4 horns.
They are among his most popular works. Each dance has been arranged for a wide variety of instruments and ensembles. He originally wrote the version for piano four hands (piano duet: two players using one piano) and later arranged the first ten dances for solo piano.
